Commercial Bank Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act)
The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) was signed into law and will help to sustain small businesses and keep workers employed amid the pandemic and economic downturn. The CARES Act allocates funds to several loan programs including Payroll Protection, Economic Injury Disaster, and Small Business Debt Relief. Access to these programs will be through local banks. However, as of now the guidelines and process have not been finalized by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
Commercial Bank will be participating in delivering these programs to our communities. As soon as the SBA provides us with the information we will begin processing applications. Please contact your local Commercial Bank lender to get more information and begin preparations for the application process.

COMMERCIAL BANK ANNOUNCES ADJUSTMENTS TO OPERATIONS DUE TO COVID-19
Commercial Bank with locations in Parsons, Oswego, Chanute, Independence, Erie, Coffeyville, and Caney announced today its efforts to support our communities in their fight to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Our employees and our customer’s health and well-being are our top priority during these trying times. Therefore, effective Monday, March 23rd we are making temporary adjustments to our in-person service delivery at all locations. The Main Lobby at each location will be closed. Drive-In banking operations will continue uninterrupted. Currently there will be no changes to operating hours. Telephone banking, ATMs, online and mobile banking services are available 24 hours per day.
Customers needing access to safe deposit boxes, to open new accounts or loans in person, can do so by calling their locations main phone number to schedule an appointment. You may also open new accounts or apply for loans via the bank’s website at www.commercialbank.net .
We will remain vigilant as this situation continues to evolve to provide all of our customers and communities the high-quality financial services they have become accustom to at Commercial Bank.
